This workshop will give participants an effective and easily remembered conflict leadership process that they can use and modify to manage conflict disputes of any intensity, whether it is disagreement within a team or professionally managing relationships with parents or other members of the wider school community. 

The program is interactive allowing participants to assess their most urgent issues and work with case scenarios which reflect the most common confrontational events experienced by teachers and school staff.

Also included is a comprehensive Conflict Styles Assessment which can be the foundation for increased personal self-awareness about our behaviour in conflict situations and a greater appreciation of how others might behave differently.
